Krisjon Olson is a cultural anthropologist and junior faculty member in the Pediatric Critical Care Department at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She studies the connections between children, premature death, and medical complexity to understand how these contribute to patterns of risk, health, and marginalization. Her recent focus is on innovations that prevent death and prolong life during critical childhood illness.
