Karla Monterroso

Karla (she/hers/ella) creates tools to support power building for Black and Latiné leadership through a variety of industries. As founder and managing partner of Brava Leaders, Karla is a coach, advisor, and strategist for organizations and artists supporting the strategic distribution of power. While in residence, Karla will work on her first book, on the hard won lessons of leaders tasked with developing new systems and practices that reflect the needs and opportunities of multicultural institutions.
