Mesa Refuge Alum Samin Nosrat’s best-selling book, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat (2017) is the essential guide to the basic elements of good cooking. The book became a New York Times bestseller and won numerous awards including the 2018 James Beard General Cookbook of the Year. In 2018, Netflix launched an original, four-part series featuring her work.
