A change-maker and trailblazer, Nataki Garrett is CEO and executive director of the The Ladder Approach: Leadership Services, co-artistic director of One Nation/One Project, and leader of their national arts and health initiative #ArtsforEveryBody. She co-founded Professional Non-Profit Theater Coalition (PNTC) and served as the executive and artistic director of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. An accomplished and widely recognized director and producer, Nataki created and produced “Quills Fest,” the first of its kind event intersecting XR and theater, and executive produced the films You Go Girl!
