Astrid Hoffman is the co-founder of The Living Seed Company, an organic/heirloom seed company based in Point Reyes Station, California. A native of Colombia, she initially trained as an interior designer then became certified in Green Building and Permaculture and LEED. While at the Mesa Refuge, she worked on a book project combining design and green lifestyle. Astrid was nominated by The Living Seed Company.
