Angela Dalton is a published author of fiction and nonfiction in children’s literature. A graduate of University of Minnesota’s School of Journalism, she self-published her first book, If You Look Up to the Sky, in 2018. She now has three forthcoming books for young readers (published by HarperCollins and Philomel). At the Mesa, she will write a nonfiction picture book, titled The Wall of Respect: The People’s Art, about the unprecedented art installation in Chicago and the movements of the 1960s that fueled its creation.
