Sarah Rabkin

Sarah Rabkin is the author and illustrator of What I Learned at Bug Camp: Essays on Finding a Home in the World. A former UC Santa Cruz faculty member in writing and environmental studies, she is now a freelance editor and leads writing retreats. Sarah has degrees in biology and science communication. Her essays and reviews have appeared widely, and she previously wrote a syndicated Science & Medicine Q&A column for the San Jose Mercury News. Her current book project is about quiet activism.
