Renee Lertzman

Renee Lertzman is a pioneer at the crossroads of environment, climate change and psychology. For more than two decades, her work has been recognized for advancing our understandings of the psychological dimensions of the ecological crisis. Renee is the author of Environmental Melancholia: Psychoanalytic Dimensions of Engagement. At the Mesa, she worked on a book on the psychological challenges of climate crises, and how we can still access courage and creativity in the midst of it.
