Otilio Quintero

Otilio “O.T.” Quintero is a founding member of the Community Justice Network for Youth (CJNY) and a long-time youth violence prevention advocate at Santa Cruz Barrios Unidos, where he worked for 24 years. During his residency, he worked on a memoir and screenplay about his journey from growing up amidst gangs to a career of helping others.
