Linda Holland

Linda Holland is a California-based freelance writer who frequently visits her home state of North Carolina. While at the Mesa Refuge, she worked on the final edits to “Food to Live By: The Earthbound Farm Cookbook”, an organic cookbook which will be published by Workman Publishers in Fall 2006. Her work has appeared in Gourmet, The New York Times, and Hemispheres magazine. She writes, cooks, and gardens in the San Francisco Bay Area.
