Kacy McKinney

Kacy McKinney is a visual artist, feminist scholar, and educator with a Ph.D. in critical human geography. She teaches in the Food Systems and Society program at Oregon Health and Science University. Her research focuses on labor migration, children’s work in agriculture, and the politics of GMOs. During her residency, she worked on “Biotech Futures,” a chapter of a graphic novel documenting the labor migration of young people from tribal communities in India.
