Jungwon Kim

Jungwon (she/her) has dedicated her career to amplifying frontline environmental and human rights movements, leading editorial teams at Rainforest Alliance and Amnesty International. She currently serves on the boards of Peace Is Loud and the Fund for Public Health NYC. While in residence, Jungwon worked on Cherish The Day, an essay collection that provides a contemporary response to the conundrum of human suffering, exploring themes such as healing ancestral grief, parenting through planetary collapse, and the inextricable connection between personal and collective liberation.
