Dan Sherrell

Dan Sherrell is a climate organizer, currently coordinating NY Renews—a coalition of 130 labor unions, environmental organizations, and community groups, working to move New York State to 100% renewable energy, while supporting workers and protecting frontline communities. His writing has appeared in the Colorado Review, Wag’s Revue, and the Best American Sports Writing. While at the Mesa Refuge, Dan worked on a book of climate change “auto-theory,” examining personal life as lived on the edge of biographical and geological time.
