Christina Conklin

Alum 2018

Christina Conklin is an artist, writer, and researcher whose work concerns the ocean as both site and metaphor, in the context of ongoing climatic and cultural change. Recent works include a series of participatory Tideline as Timeline walks, a year-long sculptural installation at the University of San Francisco, and ecological justice leadership work. While at the Mesa Refuge, Christina will write the introductory essay to her book, The Atlas of Disappearing Places, to be published in 2019.
