We’re Hiring

The Mesa Refuge is seeking a passionate executive director to lead our three-bedroom retreat center, that, for 25 years, has provided time and space for more than 1000 writers, journalists and other creative people focused on environment, economic equity, and social justice.

The applicant will fill the position of our first executive director who is retiring in 2022. Our organization has grown under her eight-year leadership, and we seek someone to continue our evolution. We are conducting a nation-wide search for just the right person to lead the Mesa Refuge in the next stage of our journey.
