Tommy Petersen

Tommy Petersen,  Development Director of the National Museum of Forest Service History, has worked in Development for conservation NGOs for the past thirty years. Tommy is also a talented and published nature writer, with essays published in ISLE, Orion Afield, Northern Lights and Camas: An Environmental Journal. He was editor of the conservation anthology, A Road Runs Through It: Reviving Wild Places, published by Johnson Books with a Foreword by Annie Proulx. He was chosen writer for the University of Montana’s Environmental Writing Institute with Richard Nelson, and had the frightening opportunity to edit one of Peter Mathiessen’s pieces. (It turned out well.)
