Harold Glasser is executive director for campus sustainability and professor at Western Michigan University. He holds degrees in physics, energy systems design, and environmental engineering. He was a visiting Senior Fullbright scholar at the University of Oslo’s Center for Development and Environment and Department of Philosophy and has lectured at Schumacher College.
He has lectured widely in Taiwan, Japan, Norway, the U.K., and throughout the U.S. His research focuses on the evaluation of complex environmental problems and the processes used to make individual and collective choices for using and protecting the environment.
