Amy Trachtenberg is an artist who currently resides and works in San Francisco, California. Her work spans a multidisciplinary practice grounded in painting that includes sculpture, installation, public projects, and collaboration with architecture, poetry, and theater design. Amy received a BA in French and Liberal Studies from California State University-Sonoma, California, and the Diplôme d’Art Plastique with honors from L’école Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Her works have been included in group exhibitions at the Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archives and the San José Museum of Art. Amy’s works are included in collections at the Achenbach Collection at the Museum of Fine Arts San Francisco, the San José Museum of Art, and the Haitian Embassy in Paris.
Her commissioned works and theater collaborations have been shown and installed at Pixar, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and in and on numerous public buildings. You can learn more about Amy here.
