Julia Scott

Julia Scott is an award-winning journalist and radio producer and editor at KQED, whose work has been featured in Best American Science Writing and on Good Morning America, in The New York Times Magazine, Modern Farmer, Nautilus, Salon, and Canadian Geographic. Scott earned a special citation from the Knight Risser Prize for Western Environmental Journalism for her investigative series on nitrate contamination in California’s groundwater. Her current project is on the new psychology of climate change.
