Pamela Krasney Moral Courage Fellowship

The Pamela Krasney Moral Courage Fellowship was established in 2016 by Marty Krasney to honor the memory of his wife, who passed away in 2015. Pamela was an extraordinary woman, abounding in compassion, courage, humor, integrity, intelligence, wisdom, and beauty. She had boldness, prescience and a quiet unselfconscious bravery that put her on the front lines of social change, whether making an early commitment to battle violence against women, caring for those afflicted by the HIV/AIDS scourge, or campaigning to end the death penalty and reform the racist American criminal justice system.

The Pamela Krasney Moral Courage Fellowship supports Mesa Refuge residents whose writing shows moral courage.
